The Melbourne Day Committee proudly launched its plans for the 2016 Melbourne Day event last night at a cocktail party at 101 Collins Street, Melbourne. On the 30th August this year our city will celebrate its181st birthday with a FREE lunchtime concert at Federation Square.
The Melbourne day concert is headlined by Ross Wilson (Daddy Cool, Mondo Rock), Jack Howard (Hunters & Collectors) and Lisa Edwards (John Farnham Band).
The concert will begin at 12 noon and finish up at 2pm. If you are working in the city drop in to join in the celebrations at Federation Square.
