Sheer cliffs, granite tors, waterfalls and big views make Mount Buffalo National Park a must visit on your next trip to the region.
Perched on top of granite cliffs at the edge of the Mount Buffalo plateau, The Horn is a unique landscape. Dotted here and there among the great boulders are the twisted, sun-bleached trunks of Snow Gums that have succumbed to bushfires over the years.
The stone lookout shelter that sits precariously atop the cliff and overlooks the spectacular landscape and the surrounding mountains far below is worth the trip to the top.
